Mom’s Pecan Pie

IMG_2692This is a recipe that was used by my grandmother and pass down to my mom to me. Very proud to share with you

3 eggs, beaten

3/4 cup light corn syrup or dark if you prefer

1/2 stick butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tsp.all purpose flour

1/4 tsp. salt

2 tsp. vanilla

1 1/4 cup pecans

Mix together eggs, syrup, butter, brown sugar,flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix all together and add whole our chopped pecans, and pour into unbaked pie crust and bake 350 oven for 45 min.
