Sprinkle salt and pepper over ribs.
Let dry and heat iron skillet over med hi heat until very hot
Brown ribs on each side and take out.
1 onion coarsely chopped and 1 red pepper sliced in strips and drop in the skillet and Sautee stirring all the goodness of bottom of skillet. Add about 1//4 cup red wime vinegar, and add 1 cup beef broth and add ribs back to skillet .
Bake in 300 degree oven for about 2 hours or until very tender. optional spices may be added in cooking time that you may want to use. So yummy and fall of the bones tender, I serve with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.
