Fresh Orange Chiffon Cake

This is a very easy recipe and so tasty

5 large eggs whites

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

1 pkg. of yellow cake mix.

3 egg yolks

1/2  cup of frozen orange juice

1/2 cup Crisco oil

1/2 cup fresh orange juice.

1/2 orange Zest

.Beat egg whites with cr. of tartar on high until stiff peaks, set aside

combine cake mix ,orange juice, orange frozen (thawed),  egg yolks, and oil and Zest of an  orange

Combine all with mixer and  fold in egg whites. Make a glaze with butter cream icing to the consistency of your choice.

3 cups powered sugar 3/4 stick butter  add 1/4 orange juice. or more it need, best to do a little at a time it doesn’t take much. add other 1/2 orange zest to icing and . I like to squeeze orange juice over cake while hot and let cake cool before frosting. Enjoy. Please share and like recipe. will be adding more yummy everyday.
