Baked Chcken and Vegetables

Bake chicken and veggies is and easy and delicious Meal and only takes about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs., but I like to baked mine low and slow. You get the best moist and tender chicken , falling off the bone tender.

Take chicken and pat dry.

1 stick of butter, softened

1 tbsp.  dried or fresh rosemary

1 tsp. garlic powder

salt and pepper

Add potatoes, onion, celery, and carrots

Mix altogether with the butter.  Take part of butter mixture and push up the breast side under the skin.

Use rest of butter to rub all over the chicken and sprinkle paprika. Bake at 350 for 30 min. and turn heat down to 325 and bake until temperature of chicken test at 160 and golden brown.  Now I will add green beans to finish off this supper. With some good homemade rolls.cropped-img_2201.jpg Yummy!!!
