I found this recipe in an old cookbook several years ago and really like the roll. I love trying new recipe and remaking to make my own recipe. I hope you will try this  and will enjoy as much as my family.

Combine together 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar

1 package  Quick dry yeast

1/2 tsp salt

Add to this 3/4 cup warm water

4 tbsp. butter

Mix with mixer until dough  is very smooth about 6 to 8 min.It will look silky.

Let dough set covered for 15 to 20 min. and then shape into 12 to 14 balls.

Place in baking pan sides touching .A pie or cake tin works great.

Let rise covered until they reach almost to top of pan.

Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden.

I brush butter on mind before baking and again after baking. now if you want a pretty shiny gloss, beat I egg with 1 tsp. water and brush before baking add poppy seed or any herb you would like mixed with some butter when they come out of oven. Also honey and butter mixed are a good way to serve, for the holidays pumpkin spiced added to the butter honey would be delicious.  I always have to make 2 batches. they are delicious   Please Like & Share . ♥ Twitter@mwilliams6337
