Start first of week. tablecloths clean and ready for table.
No. 1 Make menu
No. 2 Make sure you have all your ingredients you need to prepare your dinner.
No. 3 If you will need boiled eggs, chopped onions, chopped celery, even chopped herbs.
Chop each and put in zip lock bag, Boil eggs for deviled eggs, or for potato salad. Go ahead and boil day before
they will keep nicely for 2 to 3 day refrigerated. You can make deviled eggs and cover and refrigerate, until ready to serve.
Your eggs will be ready for giblets and gravy. dressing or whatever you need them for.
Making sweet potatoes, go ahead and cook and drain and prepare your favorite recipe and refrigerate.
Cooking green beans, they to can be cooked and heated the next day, even more delicious.
Make desserts ahead. Keep Thanksgiving day for enjoying your family and not having to work so hard. Most of my dinner are prepared this way. Keep it as stress free as possible. and also ask a guest to bring a dish. There are so many things that can cut your work back so you can enjoy like everyone else.
