Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 cup veg. oil
2 tsp. baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
Mix into large bowl, sifted flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
Mix in all the spices and whisk all together. Add eggs, oil, and pumpkin. mix well together.
Pour into lightly greased 15x 10×1 inch baking pan.
Bake in 350 oven for 30 to 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

Cream Cheese Icing
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1/4 cup milk
2 pounds powdered sugar.
Add nuts if desired and also can add pumpkin pie spice.
