Brussel Sprouts and Bacon

3 1/2 cups water

1 pound Brussels Sprouts

3 slices bacon

Salt & pepper

Heat 3/12 cups water to boiling. boil Brussels for about 9 min. take out of boiling water. .

Cut bacon into small pieces and fry in skillet until brown and add Brussels to skillet. Add salt & pepper and cook on med. about 10 to 15 min. I added  some carrot strips just before taking up for color.

 This is a very simple and easy side dish for most any meal. Very Good.
