So easy to prepare and so good
1 bag frozen okra
1/2 chopped onion
Salt & Pepper
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 can of diced tomatoes or half cherry tomatoes, I use what I have on hand
garlic powder to taste.
Melt butter in skillet and add oil
Add the chopped onion and okra ( thawed)
Add salt and pepper, garlic powder
cook about 12 minutes and add tomatoes
Cook until tender and serve hot.
