Cold weather just screams for soups and stews.
2 pounds beef stew meat or roast that that is left over.
5 potatoes cut in quarters
3 carrots chopped
1 pack brown gravy mix
2 1/2 cups beef broth
salt and pepper and whatever other spices you might like,
add more beef broth if needed
Cook on Hi for 1 hr. then Low for 4 hrs. Add more Beef Broth if needed. ♥
