Mary’s Peanut Butter Fudge

2 cups sugar

1 cup milk

2 tbsp. corn syrup

1 1/4 cup peanut butter

1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla

1/8 tsp. salt

Mix sugar milk corn syrup. Mix all together and bring to a boil  on med hi heat

Cook until reaches soft  ball

Add peanut butter and vanilla and stir until it begins to get thick. Pour into buttered 9 inch square dish . let cool and cut in squares and enjoy.

Note:  This takes it to a higher level, if you chopped salted peanuts and add to the top of fudge while it is still warm so they will not fall off
