Mary’s Smoked Sausage and Peppers

Another simple delicious recipe. It is the day before grocery day.

I looked to see what I could find, So this is what I come up with’

2 Tbsp. olive oil or butter.

1 14 oz. smoked sausage  (cut into 1 to 2 in.slices)

1 med. potato, diced

1 med onion,  sliced into strips

2 cups frozen or fresh multi  colored peppers.

Cover and cook until tender about 20 to 30 min on med low.
