Copycat Hawaiian Bread

This bread can be made into 3 loaves, 1 loaf and the rest in rolls, this time I hade a 10 inch sq. pan to have for sandwiches and rolls for supper and breakfast sandwiches. It is very good and easy to make.

Recipe

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup water

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. ginger

3 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1 stick butter

6 cups all purpose flour

2 pkg. yeast

Beat eggs, add pineapple juice ,water, sugar ,ginger, vanilla, and melted butter. After mixing all the wet ingredients,

add 3 cups of the flour mix in 1 pkg. of yeast and mix well. add the other 3 cups flour and yeast and mix well, now leave in the bowl and let rise for 1 hour. you can now turn out onto work surface and knead about 8 to 10 times in 1/2 cup flour . Divide into 3 parts and make into rolls or a loaf  Let rise  another 30 to 45 min. and bake in 400 degree oven until goldenIMG_3264 brown
