3/4 cups sugar

2 tbsp. cornstarch

Whish together 4 egg yolks

1 to 1 1/2 cups milk

Whish together  the eggs and  1 cup milk, add the sugar and cornstarch that have been mix together

and whish together well so you don’t see any egg floating around.

This can be cooked on top of your stove. I always look to make life a little easier. Place in a microwave safe container and cook for 2 minutes on high. Stir.Cook for 1 minute intervals until it starts to thickens  add milk as needed. (better to have to add because you can unadd.) I  used a little more than the other half. when it cools you can tell if it needs anymore. add 1/2 cup cool whip before serving and it will be so light and creamy. very good can also…
